I've done a few of these Birthmark coverups. This is not a Mole! It's called a 'brown spot birthmark', commonly known as a café-au-lait spot, is a flat, light to dark brown patch caused by an overproduction of melanin in the skin. The client got the ok from their doctor beforehand. If you have a Birthmark like this always consult with your Doctor before getting it covered.

The Trout wasn't doing it for the client anymore so we took a carved stone Balinese dragon that the client had taken a photo of when they were vacationing in Bali and turned it into this cover up.
