My biggest and worst critic is and has always been me. I am only confident in about 5% of the art I create. Paintings. Drawings. Tattoos. Music. Art. It’s those rare moments where I am able to impress and silence the critic inside that I strive for. This tattoo pushed those buttons for me. It’s pretty. It’s weird. It’s abstract. For the client the flowers represent his heritage and ancestry. English roses. Irish clovers. Scottish thistle. For me it represents a push to be better and to find my voice. Thank you @richmondtattooconvention for having me back year after year and for hosting the best convention. This convention is chocked full of incredibly talented artists and people. It is a crucible for improving as an artist and I love every minute of it. See you next year.
