Last August I started a flash project on leftover scraps of watercolor board of various sizes. My goal was to repaint classic tattoo images staying (mostly) true to the original designs as an exercise to revisit, study and re-absorb the traditional tattooing I love so much. I finished 52 in a year. They were all painted at the shop, in between tattoos using a nib pen and brushes, black ink and watercolor. If I can do it YOU CAN DO IT. ✌🏽
