Healed 6 months. In a dream world, every photo I share here would be healed 6+ months. Longer would be even better. Fresh tattoo photos are necessary for artists to share to keep business going and show clients what they want to work on, but it’s never the best representation.
Been thinking a lot lately about the necessity for quantity and speed of production to make a living as an artist. Gone are the days of making for play, it all has to be making to make ends meet. Desperate to slow down and strike a balance between tattooing, drawing, and living. Right now, it’s a Pick Two.
Healed photos for the win. The end result is what it’s actually all about. I am so, so pleased with this heal. Maybe someday we’ll all be able to slow down a bit and it won’t matter if we don’t share a tattoo until it’s lived for a year or so.
